**Refund & Return Policy**
At Pluffy Studio, we strive to ensure every customer has a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. To uphold this commitment while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices, we offer a 10-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to promptly address the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality defect:
- Blind box items, clearance/sale items, and custom-made products.
- Items with minor imperfections (e.g., small bubbles, air holes, or scent variations), which are inherent characteristics of handmade squishies and do not qualify as defects.
- Personal preference issues, such as dissatisfaction with texture, color variations, or other subjective factors.
- Used, opened, or otherwise non-resalable items.

**Exchanges**
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the desired product once your return is approved.

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
