Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).  

Estimated Delivery Times:  
Canada:5-15 days (Free shipping on orders $69+)  
USA: 7-15 days (Free shipping on orders $99+)  
Other Countries:12-25 days (Free shipping on orders $119+)  

Shipping Fees 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping applies to orders that meet the minimum requirement.  

Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.  

Delays & Issues 
FLUFFY Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
. Any additional customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
